Time Warner

On 1/18/I tried to make a payment online with my card it wouldn’t allow me to do so because it had an old checking account on the time warner account so I called that same day and tired to explain that to the customer service rep that the checking account is no longer active and if she please try to stop the payment because I knew it wouldn’t go through and she told me that she couldn’t do anything so I I hung up the phone and made the $dollar payment that was past due with my card which did go through so now Time Warner is trying to make me make an payment again for the $which I’ve already paid two weeks before I had spoke to someone and made a payment of $to get my services back on and I promise to pay the remaining past due balance which was $ I made the payment I would like all of the calls to be listed to and this issues resolved
