Order returned but refund has not been receivedPrepaid label from ***.com used, UPS tracking # [redacted]

Never received an over $5k refund for an order that was placed, quickly cancelled due to a coupon code not applyingbut items were sent to my address anyway & were returned to merchantI was told over the phone that I would get a refund so never bothered checking until recently on my [redacted]  Pay account (which I never use) No refund ever given (confirmed by [redacted]  Pay and review of ALL of my cc statements) and numerous calls, emails and week later I'm still waiting for them to look at their records so they can see for themselves that no refund was given even though my payment method ( [redacted] Pay) confirmed via email to Diapers.com email that no refund provided Diapers.com acquired by [redacted] and shut down so I have no access to my Diapers.com records & the skeletal overseas CSR team don't seem to have access to any records either Diapers.com also claims they have no way to communicate with [redacted] Pay Highly disappointed in [redacted] as well not being able to c

I purchased a crib from this seller through [redacted] The crib was advertised as a "3-in-convertible crib" and at the time of purchase, the product description suggested a "toddler bed conversion kit" was included Upon receipt of the item, I discovered there was no toddler bed conversion kit included in the box I promptly contacted Diapers.com Customer Service and advised of the issue Shortly thereafter, I received a reply acknowledging that the company had "discovered an error with the product listing," that the item was "erroneously listed," and that "[s]everal customers" had already brought it to the company's attention, but that the toddler rail is not included - it is available for purchase separately I responded and said I wanted what I order, and was advised that I would not be getting the toddler rail I was further advised that the company had made arrangements for [redacted] pickup of the crib in 1-days, requiring me (at weeks pregnant) to disassemble and

Made a purchase on WednesdayThey charged my cardThey send me a confirmation of my orderThey next say they send a shipment confirmationThree hours later I check my order history and see the order had been cancelled! I was given a gift card for $I tried to redeem the gift certificate at [redacted]  and was routed to a new site hosted through [redacted] where my gift card was not acceptedI sent an email to wag.com (a combo company w/ diapers.com) who stated that the gift card balance was converted to an [redacted] gift card and I needed to check my diapers.com account to redeem this [redacted] gift cardI have never had a diapers.com accountI called and spoke with a representative at diapers.com who stated there was nothing I could do to redeem this gift cardThis company is refusing to credit me the $GC balance without any services rendered

We received a $gift certificate from work for Diapers.com on December of last year (2016)We logged in to redeem it for a stroller last week and the website is gone (supposedly moved to [redacted] .com)We contacted customer service at Diapers.com and we were told that because we did not redeem the certificate prior to the website move, it is no longer validIt hasn't even been months and I cannot even redeem a gift that we rightfully deserveThey also did not offer further help or compensationThey basically said too bad If everyone can get away from meeting their obligations by changing websites, then people would stop shopping online altogether

Diapers.com advertises 1-free shipping with orders over $ I purchased items On Saturday at 10:00AM, Their website also lists that orders need to be placed before 6:pm for the day to countFiguring that I spent $dollars, my items would arrive BEFORE Wednesday since Sundays do not count (that is also listed on their webpage) and my order qualified for 1-day shippingMy items will now not arrive until Wednesday and Thursday I contacted them telling them that my items would not be on time and all they said was that's too bad and did NOTHING for me DO NOT ADVERTISE 1-shipping if you cannot do it This is terrible business practice

I tried to make an order online but had an issue (my fault) so I called to seek assistanceThe clerk I spoke to was absolutely wonderful and did her best to help meThe order was corrected, and as she was resubmitting she notified me that because I'm at an APO (military overseas address) I had an option of $for shipping or $The entire order was $so of course I declinedApparently being stationed in Europe at the order of my service constitutes ridiculous shipping pricesNever again will I shop there after having an account for yearsVery disappointing and feels slightly discriminatory

I have been a loyal customer of Diapers.com/Soap.comRecently I have been purchasing *** Marinara sauce from their siteThey charge $for a oz jarToday I was at my local grocer and saw that the same jar retailed for
I contacted them to ask about the vast discrepancy; they said that's the price and they will not price match or adjust previous purchases
I looked online and the most expensive jar was in the $range; I think it's obscene that they're charging 2-3x more for the same product and I would like and adjustment

I placed an order in Dec for Christmas presentsWhen I made the purchase I manually entered my credit card because it had special rewards when I used it on Diapers.comSo, I get the package and wrap the giftsThen I get a call from my father, who has used his card for some reason was still saved on my account even though I deleted it multiple time, well he stated they where charging his cardI said that is impossible I manually input my card and it was in the conformation pageI called customer service and they said you have to send the item back and re-order them, mind you this is 12/21/days before Christmas, then she proceeded to tell me that I would not receive them by ChristmasI had them wrapped.....for ChristmasNothing they can doNow my Dad's credit card company is in a fight with them about the moneyBecause they where not auth to charge his card they where authorized to charge mineOn top of the fact that they has a billing address that was over years old

In October, I ordered separate gift cards on diapers.comSome coworkers and I were intending to give them to one of my employees who was set to have a baby girlUpon ordering the gift cards however, Diapers.com deemed my account fraudulent for no apparent reason, and without contacting me firstTwo of the gift card amounts were returned to me immediately, however the third one, for $was notMy bank, *** ** *** initially credited me back the $once I explained the situation to them, however in late December, I awoke one morning to the $having been taken back out of my accountWhen I contacted *** they told me that Diapers.com had provided documentation stating that the transaction had occurredThis was true in a sense, however a great lie when considering that the funds were never actually distributed to the gift card for my employeeI have since went to a local *** branch and handwritten a statement about this entire eventThey are now in talks with Diap
