In response to the complaint from *** let me first state that Timebuyer, Inc does not do thefinal NYS inspectionAll vehicles sold have the final NYS safety inspection performed byoutside vendorsThis is to insure that a third party reviews the vehicle for final inspection beforedelivery to
the customer.*** purchased a *** *** with roughly 104,miles on 02/16/Thisvehicle came with the standard day 1,mile warranty*** also purchased a month24,mile service plan that covers major engine and transmission failure only.***’s first complaint on 04/20/about the check engine light was not covered under herservice agreement and she was out of warranty for her day 1,mile warrantyTimebuyer, ingood faith, did resolve the specific engine code issue at no charge to her*** contacted uson 05/09/about another check engine lightWe did a quick diagnostic scan and identifiedthe issue as an intake manifold runner controlWe scheduled a service appointment for05/23/*** did not show up for the appointment nor did she call to cancel itWe didnot hear from her again until 08/09/At that time she stated that her tire was losing air, adoor would not open from the inside, a headlight was blown as well as the intake manifold issue.At that time we offered *** to do the repairs at a significantly reduced rate for parts andlabor.To resolve this complaint Timebuyer, in good faith, will fix the issues discussed and charge*** our cost for parts and no charge for laborAt this point *** must realize that anolder used vehicle with higher mileage will require regular maintenanceWe appreciate ***as a customer and hope that we can continue the good relation that we have with her.Sincerely,Anthony ***VPO
