I have nothing they kept everything that was in my car wouldn't give me nothing ? and we're not Sadie camp everything they kept everything on the inside of my car paperwork check stubs payments watches rains wallet picture of everything I have witnesses to show when they gave me my bags of stuff on thing was in my bags was trash some old washer then I have no idea where they came from speakers of where they came from basically most of the stuff they gave me was not my stuff they gave me none of my stuff out of the car

We are in receipt of the complaint lodged with your office on behalf of *** *** and are thankful for the opportunity to tender our responseWe are saddened that Mr*** is no longer a happy customer of ours and hope that we can regain the chance to one day have him back in the Circle City
circleWe are also disturbed that the claims brought by Mr*** were untrue.One statement that Mr*** made that was, in fact, true was that we did not repo his vehicle on many occasions when he was over three weeks lateAfter working with him numerous times, coupled with the fact that our contract stipulates that there is no grace period whatsoever in regards to late payments, we finally were forced to repossess his vehicleOn many occasions during the time that Mr*** was a customer of ours, he made disorderly scenes on our lot and caused innumerable problems for our other customers and staffThe repossession officer found there to be three firearms in Mr***'s vehicle, as wellWe have no desire to put Mr*** back on payments for this vehicleThank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. We at Circle City Auto Connection appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns brought forth by *** ***As with all of customers, Ms*** satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and it's something that we take very seriously.Ms*** did, in fact, purchase a Malibu
from us in February of As with any used vehicle, there will be regular maintenance neededAn example of this was when her headlight went out and she brought it to get checked outHad we known, we would have offered to fix It for her Out of courtesyWhen she had it replaced, a mechanic Informed her that it appeared that body work had been done on the vehicleThis should have obviously came as no surprise to Ms***, as she reviewed and signed several documents that made it very clear of the title status of the vehicleMs*** was aware that we had another Malibu with a clean title for $more, but she decided to make the best financial decision for herself at the time and went with the less expensive vehicleIf she is still having problems with the vehicle or feels that It is unsafe to drive, she is more then welcome to bring it in anytime and we will have it looked at, at our expenseIn regards to Ms*** insurance, the company that financed her purchase requires full coverage Insurance on every vehicle they finance, as is standard with any financier.?
