Timeless Auto Sales

Upon the death of my father, my sister contacted Timeless Auto Sales and listed an estate vehicle with them I am the executor of my fathers estate so she placed my phone number with Timeless My sister had not contacted me to let me know she was able to list the vehicle with Timeless the prior week Timeless call my number and asked if I wanted to list with them I proceeded to do so After listing the same car for a second time and paying the fee to Timeless I was contacted by Timeless to let me know the same car was listed twice and this was not possible to list the same car twice I asked for a refund of one of the two payments they had received in this double billing situation They indicated that it was not their issue that we had paid twice for the same service and refused to refund one of the two payments Timeless responded that this happens all the time and they would not refund the second payment We find this very unethical I would not recommend this company under any circumstance I you receive a call from Timeless Auto Sales as I did buyer beware!

Review: This business falsely represented the services they said they would provide. They stated they would find a buyer for a classic vehicle that I own. They charged my credit card for the services about 6 weeks ago and have not provided any services that I could not do myself. They provided a list of phone numbers of classic vehicle restoration businesses and expected me to call. All the listed businesses are easily found via web serches that I could do myself. Also they listed the car on websites like [redacted], and [redacted]. Again all sites I can and am using myself. [redacted] has flagged Timeless Auto Sales listings as not meeting [redacted] criteria. Blogs on Timeless Auto Sales own website about services they provide come from employees of the company or people who appear to be ficticous.This business seems to be a fraud and scam. After receiving payment via credit card they changed their line about doing the leg work to saying that responsibility is mine. I say they falsely represented what were going to do.Desired Settlement: Provide credit of $299 back to my credit card.
