To Whom It May Concern:In my correspondence with Ms [redacted] , I instructed her to send the garter set back that she received and it would be inspected for defect and if found to not stretch properly, her shipping cost would be refunded along with the cost of the productMy exact words in the final email that I sent were, "We are not falsely advertising our productWe do not know the exact size of your leg, and whether or not the item you received is somehow smaller or defectiveWe do know that we have fit the garters on many different leg sizes including men's legs to insure proper fitWe can examine the garter that you send back to determine if there is something wrong with it or if it is defectiveIf it is found to not stretch as advertised, then we can refund your shippingRefunds are issued after we receive the returned package."Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] had already contacted the Revdex.com and filed this complaint prior to me sending the last emailMs [redacted] will not receive a full refund until we have received the returned garter set as explained in our correspondenceAs of September 27,we have not received the garter set and have not heard if she still plans to send it backIf I understand the complaint in the correct way, this is the resolution she is requesting so I am not sure where the problem lies.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Timeless Bridal Accessories
