Review: We signed a contract on October 15, 2012 with Timeless Closets and Cabinet Makers ([redacted]) to have a wall unit built for our family room. We paid the required 50% deposit on contract signing, 25% deposit at half completion of project for a total of $13,50,0 but never received the product.
Owner stated in 3/8/13 email that they were bringing the wall units the following week, but never did.
In email dated 6/16/13, owner acknowledged they still have not delivered the wall unit.
In email dated 7/30/13, owner stated she would close matter regarding the non-delivery of the wall unit.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $13,500
