Good afternoon Revdex.com, TimelessDragonfly has received a letter from The Revdex.com with an assigned claim # ID of *** submitted on 5/23/I am taking this opportunity to share my professional response for a successful resolution of this matter We are aware of the customer who
submitted this claim and it is our intension to make sure that they are aware that we care about this issueWe have open communication available to our customers via email, as which we respond within an hour of requests or orders This particular order was placed on a Saturday afternoon and was shipped to Bellingham, WA. Our local Post Office is open until 3pm on SaturdaysTimelessdragonfly received the order, sent a direct message to the customer stating that this item was going to be shipped that same afternoon. It was packaged as to not break in shipping, it arrived unbroken.
