I am rejecting this response because: while I have been in contact with *** I do not believe they did anything in good faithKept telling me it would be another week since JuneTold me multiple lies and no one should do business with themNot once was a phone call returned and I was even told in Sept after multiple attempts that it was shipping that week. Then I called back and the phone line was hooked to a fax machine. I never threatened them other than to say I would do what it took to try and get my money back even if that was small claimsI'm sorry that dollars was not much money to them. It is to me

This customer sent us $in Feb of for future bathroom vanitiesShe never told us what she wanted for sure, so we did not make anything for herIn June, she contacted us and mentioned that she had changed her mind and no longer wanted the vanities but possibly a table or stools but never
gave us what she actually wanted. In July 2017, things happened out of our control that caused us to go out of businessWhen she contacted us again, we told her that we were closing and filing bankruptcyWe suggested that she tried to get her money back from ***, or her credit card company. We received a letter from her and her husband and they stated that they would want any piece of furniture we had left overHowever, we do notWhen the bank foreclosed on the property, they kept everything and auctioned it off. Our business as closed and we no longer have our workshopWe have given the our lawyers name but they keep opening cases with the Revdex.com and MO Attorney GeneralI am sorry for themIf there was any way that we could keep our business, we would have loved to. They should be getting a letter from our lawyer soon, as they are listing on the bankruptcy debt

Hello,We have spoken and sent emails back and forth with this customer for months. He did order furniture with us, through the *** website. We have told him that we are closing our buisnessIn the last several emails that we have sent we tried to explain what and why we can not ship his
pieces. We also told that he needed to file a claim with *** in order to get his money backThey told us, that they would refund money from the money that they he'd from usHe doesn't believe us, so I'm attaching the email. Last Spring, *** held all of our money without noticeThey said since we were taking orders outside of ***, we were trying to avoid fees, which went against their policyAs you can see from the email that *** sent us, they told us that they would refund our customers on our behalf. We understand that this customer is upsetBut he ordered through *** and *** should refund himHe can open a case with his credit card company too. We are filing bankruptcy because of what *** did to usAs I told him, we have closed and are not taking any orders. This has destroyed us and we have lost a lot more than over *** and this whole thing. He has threatened us and has done everything he can to leave bad reviews on Google, Facebook and through the Revdex.com and taking us to courtClearly, he wants to do everything he can to hurt us
