Timeless Message

Review: I attempted to order a product through this business by making an online purchase. Later that day I was emailed by a woman, claiming to run the business and going by the name of "[redacted]". She said that my billing address did not match the credit card that I had used. We went on to exchange 20 or so emails before I realized that she was attempting to scam me. She was persistent in asking for my credit card info or a credit card statement to confirm my identity. I provided her with a picture of my identification at one point after she stated that it would suffice as confirmation of me being who I claimed to be. She then nonchalantly went on to ask for a picture of my credit card once again, at which point I told her that I was going to report her business and contact my bank to cancel the pending charge. She stated "You need not contact your bank and tell them that it is a fraud. I am happy to refund you." clearly showing her true intentions were to steal my money and not just to confirm my identity or that the credit card was indeed mine. Whatever operation she is running needs to be shutdown.Desired Settlement: I would like this business and the woman running it to be further investigated in order to ensure that they are not defrauding others.
