I am rejecting this response because: the business offered no resolution to the complaint The business letter incorrectly states I had buyers remorse which was not the case The granite that I did hand pick was turned vertically after the initial cuts were made, making the two sides of the counter top not match Having grain run horizontal on one side and vertical on the other is not acceptable to me The business has told me that the granite I picked does not have a grain and he did not see a pattern but I disagree.
