The customer came into Timeless Tattoo's on January 13th, 2017. All customers must sign consent forms before the procedure and aftercare is offered, She chose a design and at the end of the session,was asked if she wanted anything added and if she was happy with the outcome. she liked the tattoo and thanked him. If she was not happy with how it turned out she had multiple options how to let us know so we could have handled the situation. For example, she did not tell us there was a problem before she left the shop, nor did she call, email or message us in anyway, She never gave us the chance to address the issue. She did not just put up a review, she posted paragraphs that included cursing and insults, She continucd to post negative comments that did not even make sense to her complaint to purposely hurt my business. She started to insult the look of our shop and the designs we offer. Even after multiple posts and badgering us, she still never personally contacted us. I responded to one of her post and asked her why she did not let us know she was not happy and if she did not like our designs then why would she pick one, She had no response but to further insult and curse at me. She showed up at the tattoo shop while I was out due to complications with my pregnancy. She said she would be back the next day but did not show up. The following day I called her because I did not feel comfortable with her in my business due to the way she was acting. She continued to curse and threaten us by stating. "she was going to take it to another level", but would not explain what she went meant by the comment. called the authorities out of concern for my well-being, by what her comment meant and her continued harassment. The way she handled the situation had a negative impact on my business because I had no way to defend myself against the false accusations she made about this situation, We could have addressed the issue if we were given the chance, but instead we were harassed and badgered on social media and in person.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I signed a waver but the "attached" aftercare paperwork was not give to anyone. The person that came with me did not get one of those aftercare sheets either. I have recordings of our conversation inside the shop and not once was I rude, I simply explained my unhappiness and that I would like my money back since the stencil I picked out did not match the tattoo I was given. I posted a review simply stating how upset I was that I now have to live with this tattoo on my wrist and that I would never go back to that shop for work done. When the business responded however, I was called names and harassed. I had a right to complain seeing as the work the stencil I chose looked nothing like the tattoo I was given. I tried to go to the shop a few times, and the 3 times I did go the owners were not there or the shop was closed early. If I was the only person that was unhappy with the work then I would be more understanding, but I have emails from others that went to the shop the same day and are also unhappy with their work. This shop continuously puts out less than quality work and then blames the customer. Enough is enough.Regards,
