For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have tried to call and speak with the owner to resolve this issue with the couch since AugustShe has never respondedShe had Shirley contact me twice since AugustI was told they would have their furniture man look at it to see if they could fix it for $150.00.? Shirley also said that it was a scratch and dent piece which it was never stated on the ad.? The couch was also wrapped and on its side for me to pick up? SaturdayWhen I was there? on Saturday? to pick up the couch I also bought a chairThe chair is fineShirley said that I came twice to their location and I did not.? I paid for the couch over the phone bc that's what she said I had to do.? Shirley also said to me what do you expect when u buy a $couch (original price was $349.00)!!! And said that she takes care of everything not the ownerShirley also said to me they don't take furniture back bc people could have lice or scabies!!! She has been very rude and not willing to work this out.? I researched them also after the fact and they have had multiple people complain that the furniture breaks and they don't refund or exchange.? I have three kids and we have no where to sit in my living room bc of the broken couch.? I just want my money back at this pointI don't ever want to do business with them again.?
