This apartment complex is not a good place to live. Their website states they are a place to live with beautiful grounds and satisfies people's taste for sophistication and class and beautiful architecture. This is all a lie. The grounds are badly maintained, the buildings are old and look cheap and no one sophisticated lives here. Spend some time and all you will see is low class people up to no good who can't control their kids that make messes they won't clean up. Management says they have quiet hours but lets people with kids stay up late and wake up the neighbors below them. When you make a complaint against someone of a different race they won't take you seriously and don't fix problems promptly.

I spoke with him yesterday (8/5/15) regarding his letter on behalf of our Resident Relations Department at Wilkinson Asset Management. Mr. [redacted] complaint from July 1, 2015 had 4 items on it and I have listed them below, with...
our resolution: 1.) Resident does not have a working stove—The service to Mr. [redacted]’ stove is complete and he verified it is in working order at this time. 2.) Outside circuit breaker trips frequently—We hired a 3rd party electrician to complete the repair to the main breaker of Mr. [redacted]’ apartment several weeks ago. I verified with Mr. [redacted] that he is having no further electrical issues at this time. 3.) There is a water leak that has caused some damage to the carpet in the bathroom/bedroom carpets—The Community Manager, Dawn P[redacted] and our Regional Facilities Director personally went to this apartment to inspect the damage. The carpet has been cleaned and treated for any damage and the source of that water leak has been repaired. 4.) There is a water leak from the ceiling—Our maintenance team has opened a small hole in the ceiling above Mr. [redacted]’ bathtub to make sure that this area was able to dry and to identify where the repair needs to be made. I spoke with the Community Manager, Dawn, and she said we would be double-checking to make sure the leak is stopped and the ceiling will be repaired. At the time when I spoke to him, Mr. [redacted] told me about another water leak that was making his floor wet, that he had not previously reported to the office. I made an appointment for a member of our maintenance team to meet Mr. [redacted] at 10:30 am on 8/6/15 so that we can take care of that issue. Additionally, we have offered for Mr. [redacted] to transfer to a new apartment and that transfer is set for September 10th. We will continue working with this resident to make sure his service issues are completed and his transfer goes smoothly. Thank you for your assistance.
