This complaint is justifiableI have documentation that I made several attempts to communicate with Ms [redacted] after learning she is the ownerShe was very unprofessional, and allowed her staff to act unprofessional and no one followed up regarding my incident to file worker's comp claim per company policyI also made an attempt this morning and I spoke to Amy, but again I was told she would notify her managerMs [redacted] is lying

The response is indicative of the emotional, belligerence we have been dealing with from this company It does not address the issue where employees we were trying to hire direct admitted they did not have work authorization in this country when they showed up at our location still wanting to work for us after Timeline pulled their employees This was after meeting the hours of employment required in the agreement from Timeline Timeline was supposed to screen all employees placed at our location via E-verify That did not happen We now have to recruit new employees for those positions after we had already invested hours into training and invoices paid to Timeline Time line's response is filled with inaccurate information No letter from them stating they were fulfilling their E-verify requirements was received as they reference in their reply, they threatened to sue Parker if we filed a complaint, they threatened to call OSHA if we filed a complaint, they are making accusations about a production shutdown that is inaccurate, they are also quoting a former supervisor that is subject to Confidentiality and an NDA agreement, we have filed a complaint regarding breach of agreement and would like to address that issue I find her response is inaccurate and without merit

Not Justifiable Please provide documentation

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10734083, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. The business need to be more specific in making request regarding *documents. The business owner and her staff lack customer service. As I stated before, I have a call log of all calls, I made to timeline in an attempt to communicate with Mrs. [redacted], but have been unsuccessful, and the person failing to identity themselves. This shows unprofessionalism. Nor have I Ms. [redacted] returned any of my calls regarding the incident report, to file worker's comp claim, according to their policy.

We feel this complaint is unjustified

The response is indicative of the emotional, belligerence we have been dealing with from this company.  It does not address the issue where 5 employees we were trying to hire direct admitted they did not have work authorization in this country when they showed up at our location still wanting to work for us after Timeline pulled their employees.  This was after meeting the 520 hours of employment required in the agreement from Timeline.  Timeline was supposed to screen all employees placed at our location via E-verify.  That did not happen.  We now have to recruit new employees for those positions after we had already invested 520 hours into training and invoices paid to Timeline.  Time line's response is filled with inaccurate information.  No letter from them stating they were fulfilling their E-verify requirements was received as they reference in their reply, they threatened to sue Parker if we filed a complaint, they threatened to call OSHA if we filed a complaint, they are making accusations about a production shutdown that is inaccurate, they are also quoting a former supervisor that is subject to Confidentiality and an NDA agreement, we have filed a complaint regarding breach of agreement and would like to address that issue.  I find her response is inaccurate and without merit.

to file worker's comp claim per company policy. I also made an attempt this morning and I spoke to Amy, but again I was told she would notify her manager. Ms. [redacted] is lying.

I am responding to the complaint that was falsely issued by
[redacted], President of Parker Products.
Our initial email correspondence was very emotional rather than
professional.   After a couple of weeks
of sorting through my emotions, I called [redacted]g on July 14, 2015 and...

left a
voicemail to call me in regards to the issue at hand to settle our matter amicably.  [redacted] never returned my call; therefore, he
has forced me to air his dirty laundry and defend my company and its’
reputation.  I would copy and paste emails that were written as evidence
of our conversation; however, I am unable to copy and paste due to legal
issues.   Please read below: CONFIDENTIAL to Parker Products.  This
email may be reviewed only by the intended recipient named above.  Any review of the information contained in this email, or any

have been in business for 8 years and deal with Billion Dollar Corporations and
who have been with us since day one.  It
is appalling that [redacted]g who owns a $50 million dollar Corporation would falsely
accuse our company of hiring undocumented workers.  We are requesting that Parker Products provide
the names and proof of the undocumented workers they “claimed” we hired.    We
have dealt with several businesses and none of them have ever threatened to sue
us as did [redacted] and his company.  He was a
bully and tried to harass what he may think is a small company.   We
have been in business long enough to know that it is a red flag and one of the
many reasons we elected not to conduct business.  Anyone can hide behind a screen and falsely
accuse someone of anything.  I requested
a meeting and/or phone call and no one ever called.   In
addition, [redacted] requested that TimeLine sign a hold harmless agreement; however,
any sound business person and/or their attorney would advise them not to sign a
hold harmless agreement and to move forward.
We did however agree to sign a
document stating all our employees are e-verified.   In
our emails, we stated we would give them ample time to replace our employees so
that it does not affect their production; however, they never responded.  And since they never responded and they
threatened to sue us, we asked our employees not to return to work the next day
knowing [redacted] and his company had determined not to pay their bills as indicated
in one of their emails; however, according to our records we had a few
returned.   In
addition, I find it odd that [redacted] is accusing us of exactly what his former
employee Larry Trevino disclosed.  [redacted]g
Hodder and his company currently have undocumented workers on their
payroll.   In addition [redacted] is trying to
find compensation for the loss they incurred in June which caused them to shut
down their plant because a temporary employee (not TimeLine’s employee) was
found to be HIV positive.   The staffing company was fired and I am pretty
confident [redacted] chose not to pay them as well.
