Sitebuilder never alerted me that my web site that was being hosted by Sitebuilder was down and offline for almost three weeksI reached out to Sitebuilder and informed them that my website was downI asked Sitebuilder to credit my account for the time that my web site was down and offline, especially since my website was offline for three weeksSitebuilder would not give me a credit for the site being down or for my inconvenienceI asked to speak with a Sitebuilder manager several times, and a manager never contacted me over my issuesSitebuilder offered me SEO (Search Engine Optimization) after I repeatedly complained about my website being down so long I reviewed my Sitebuilder account and the account had expired even though I had originally paid for a two year serviceThis was the reason why my website was downI mentioned to Sitebuilder support that my web service should never have been interrupted since I had a two year service agreement with them and I had a full year left on the agreement I closed my account last weekI have asked Sitebuilder for a detailed monthly bill or receipt several times, but no one from the organization has sent me the detailed invoice to date I am very disappointed with the customer service that Sitebuilder providedI will not use them for any website hosting or refer any associates to use their services

I have been trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy.com since 12/26/(today is 12/30/2016) and the initial representative NEVER verified my email, so once the transfer request was sent it was sent to a bogus email (which is someone within their company) I have tried repeatedly to resolve this SIMPLE issue of changing MY email, which should have never been changed in the first place On the 26th, they stated that they have "escalated" my issue and that it would be completed within hours, I check back EVERYSINGLEDAYand it still isn't fixed They keep telling me " Thank you for the patienceI apologize for the inconvenience caused to youI understand your concern with transfer the domain.I have also found that your escalation is in the middle of the process.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience during this time." Which is such broken English it makes me even more upset NO ONE will help me I am so sick of this company If you are even THINKING about getting a domain DO NOT go with sitebuilder.com as they are the WORST company that I have yet to deal with in my years of life
