Review: I ordered two timemugs on November ** 2014. My invoice number was [redacted]. I was charged $56.73 and my credit card reflects the charge. I received two emails confirming my order (A customer receipt and an order confirmation). However, I have never received the products nor any tracking information regarding its shipping. I tried to contact Timemug by calling both sales (Press 1) and customer service (press 3) and both go to voicemail but no return calls. I have called 7 times. I also emailed three times to both the person indicated on my one receipt ([redacted]) and twice to the timemug website "contact us" email system. Again, no response. I don't know what else to do to rectify the situation. I have ordered from them before and love the product but their customer service and sales are absolutely non-responsive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my product or my product shipped immediately. Either resolution is acceptable but I really want a RESPONSE
