Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Timepiece trading sold me a defective itemI did in fact contact them I believe either or days after I should have but that doesn't negate that factWhen I was working with them to wait for the screw to be ordered nobody ever advised me how long it would take, in fact it wasn't til a [redacted] representative called in regards to this matter that I was told it could take up to days and that happened over a month agoI like timepiece trading have all my emails as wellAnd yes I did open an A-Z claim and yes they did close it but they also agreed to pay for the repair if I ever receive a screwThe problem is it has been over days since timepiece claims the screw was ordered and I have been to several jewelry stores that will not guarantee their repair workIf timepiece trading cared about selling quality products and keeping their customers satisfied they should have at least offered to exchange the watch In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customer contacted us more than a month after they had placed their order, stating that the watch had arrived damagedAfter receiving pictures of the watch, we determined that it needed a new screwWe would normally have customers contact the watch company directly under the warranty if the
day returns period had passed, however as a courtesy, we offered to have our dealer order the screw from Invicta since this can sometimes result in less waiting timeThis is as per ***s day return policy as wellParts can take 60-days until they arrive from Invicta, as we explained to the customer in a follow up phone conversationThe customer states that they contacted Invicta and they do not have an order from our company however as stated, we had our dealer order the part for usThe customer also claims that the days from when we had placed the order with Invicta have passed, however she is counting the days from when she had first conta cted usThe screw could not have been ordered from Invicta that same dayThe customer states in this claim that this watch was a gift and that the missing screw was discovered when the watch was taken for sizingThe customer did not offer this information at all during any of our email or phone correspondenceThe screw has now come in and we will be sending it to the customerThe customer also opened an A-Z claim with *** which was closed in our favorOur many positive feedbacks can attest to our exemplary customer service who make sure to deal with each customer in a pleasant manner

Timepiece trading sold me a defective item. I did in fact contact them I believe either 31 or 32 days after I should have but that doesn't negate that fact. When I was working with them to wait for the screw to be ordered nobody ever advised me how long it would take, in fact it wasn't til a [redacted] representative called in regards to this matter that I was told it could take up to 90 days and that happened over a month ago. I like timepiece trading have all my emails as well. And yes I did open an A-Z claim and yes they did close it but they also agreed to pay for the repair if I ever receive a screw. The problem is it has been over 90 days since timepiece claims the screw was ordered and I have been to several jewelry stores that will not guarantee their repair work. If timepiece trading cared about selling quality products and keeping their customers satisfied they should have at least offered to exchange the watch
