I ordered the product of August.18 and I still did not get any tracking information.
People should know this. I am not sure why they do this to me.
My brother's birthday is on Aug.24.Sat and I ordered the product on last Sunday. I was expecting it will be coming on Thursday or Friday. I called them every day and their answer was all same, "Could I know when will you send the product?" -> "Today" and I checked the order status and tracking number at night and I cannot find any tracking number and order status. It happened twice. I am pretty sure they can check my information about how many times do I call and what is my order. Yesterday and today I called them several times and they have never answered my call. I also send the email them and never reply. This poor service will make you angry. Jom*shop was $20 more expensive and I chose this company but I should've purchased the product from jom*shop. Although it is cheaper than any other place, I prefer you guys to purchase from another company. Even though I get the product in here, I think whenever I need repair or need services, they will not very welcome and will just ignore and neglect the customers.
I have a picture for the evidence but... unfortunately this online site does not provide attachment so...
Anyway, saving $20 is not worth it.

I only received box manual and the watch. Im hoping at least they include the authenticity card even without the guarrantee card but its not. Now I will have a hard time to resell the watch because I don't have any papers with it. I will not do business again with this company. If only they include at least the authenticity card I will be happy but its not and I'm very dissapointed because I need to send it to a jeweler to authenticate the watch and it will coat me a fortune

Buyer beware. They purportedly have a 30 day return policy. I bought an Invicta "automatic" that stopped winding itself after 4 days of use. I decided to return the watch and get a quartz version (which they do not inventory) - so I bought a replacement elsewhere and asked for my refund. Despite their 30 day stated policy, first they stated that self-winding watches need to be wound (foo funny) and then they fabricated that I returned a watch "to worn" (meaning "too worn"). I think they tried to say I significantly degraded the watch appearance in 4 days use - total hogwash since it still looked brand new. They are refusing to honor their 30 day return. I am contesting with paypal. The words deceitful and dishonest would be describe their policies and practice.

Review: I attempted to contact their customer service department for a return numerous times between August [redacted] and [redacted] with each call ending in disconnection from their end. Every single call would connect, ask me to wait for a representative, tell me I was first in line, then take me to a voicemail and then tell me the voicemail was full and disconnect me. Every single call was the same and was the same prerecorded message, as if there was no real call answering system at all. I was finally able to get in contact via phone on 8/**/2013 and requested a return authorization number. the representative was short and very rude, repeatedly talking over me and interrupting me. When I asked for a prepaid mailing label he simply said no, and after some persistence on my part offered to have a supervisor call me back. The supervisor ("[redacted]" or "[redacted]") actually called me back very quickly and stayed on the phone with me for no less than 40 minutes. Unfortunately, this was by far the most unacceptable and unpleasant conversation I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life by this man. I cannot relate the entire contents of this very long conversation but I must say what I can. [redacted] was unbelievably rude and hostile right from the beginning, accusing me of damaging the watch, accusing me of talking poorly about his company, about their phone systems and about him. He told me I was only asking for a return label because I wanted to personally attack him and take it out on him. Throughout this conversation he repeatedly talked over me, yelled at me and accused me of these things. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me I would have to hang up and call the general number again. I asked if he could ask his supervisor to call me and he said he had no supervisor. I asked over and over and over again for help and all he did was berate me, talk down to me and accuse me of wrongdoing. By the end of the conversation he was laughing at me. After I calmed down I called the general customer service number again (happened to get through the first time now) and spoke to a different person. I found it strange at first that his voice was agitated, but then I found out why: there are only 4 people in their customer service "department". I got the impression that this whole company is actually just a couple of guys in one room. This conversation was not helpful either and this guy simply said no to everything with no explanation. I hope no one ever has to deal with them like this. I don't know if I even trust them to send my watch back for return/warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like them to deal differently with customers if at all possible. Moreover, I would like to be able to return my watch, which meets their criteria for a return. I however, don't know if I can trust them to processes it.
