These people are British and all phone #'s are transferred to EnglandBy itself this O K but don't like surprises Problem is they charged my credit card on November but as of November merchandise has not been shippedI have called times since Novand each time am told ,"will be shipped tomorrow but to date , hasn't happened
Hard to tell if scam or not but sure are totally inept in dealing with Americans who expect competent service responses and are certainly not used to debiting credit card weeks prior to shipment!!
Now tried to cancel order and am again told items being shipped toda and E mail confirmation will be sent with tracking #, So far NO COMMUNICATION!

I was very impressed with the compassion that *** showed throughout my ordealI would gladly recommend this business to my family and friends should they had the need
I own well over a hundred nice watches I looking the *** *** magazine and saw a few nice watchesI purchased one about a week later attempted to purchase another.About a month later after it had not arrived I began contacting representatives of timepieces international
Dealing with them was very bad worse than pulling teeth lyric extremely disrespectful and rude and would not let me talk to supervisor

What a tremendous response to a problem! When one discovers a flooded warehouse, the last thing you have on your mind is shopping for the best vendor. Because I had experience with this company during the flood of 2010, I knew exactly who to call. Team was on site in less than 2 hours - ready to go to work!
Upon completion of the immediate needs, they worked well with my insurance claims adjustor to complete the paperwork.
Wouldn't wish an exploding water heater on anyone, but would highly recommend ServPro of Belle Meade to anyone.
After ordering several pieces totaling almost $800 on December 7th, I was assured that I would receive the Christmas gifts in plenty of time for the holiday. On December 22nd, I again called the company and asked the status, and was told all items shipped and would be delivered that same day ( the 22nd). When they did not arrive, I waited due to Christmas rush, and had not received anything by the end of Christmas day. My mother, mother- in - law, and one of my daughters did not receive a gift. Upon calling the company today, December 27th, I was told that due to a "silly mistake" the order had never been fulfilled or shipped ( although my credit card was charged on December 9th for the entire purchase). I was told that they would fill the items that were "in stock" and send them today, and would give me a small discount on back ordered items. When I became upset over the ruination of part of our Christmas and being lied to by other service representatives, I was told to "not give her attitude" or she wouldn't help me!!!! Horrible on so many fronts! PLEASE not use this company, if you have any expectation of good customer service.
