Times Heral Record Newspaper,Middletown N.Y.

Have not received the newspaper for most of this month. I call everyday and the recording says it will come the next day or that afternoon. What a bunch of bunk. There is no newspaper and when you speak to someone, they have 100 excuses. Why don't they just tell the truth. They have no carriers. No one really seems to care. I don't want to read the paper on line. I'd just like my newspaper delivered everyday as promised.
