Times Market

On a recent visit to Times Market I saw long lines that seemed to not be moving. An upset customer told me that "they only are taking cash". I saw many shopping carts sitting unattended, abandoned angry by shoppers
that got tired of waiting for the "computer to reboot".
Why didn't the manager say what was going on? Was it because Times Market
has had their computer's main frame " hacked"? Has the market lost control
of their system due to a malware/ransom situation? Is this why the sales sheet has not changed for nearly 3 weeks? Is my credit card and personal info safe?
Why all the secrecy?
