Review: I went to this location for laser hair removal referred through a [redacted] ad on my phone. I have been attending laser hair removal sessions at this location since the middle of last year. I recently tried to reschedule one of my appointments being that I was under the weather and their [redacted] named [redacted] yelled at me over the phone and rudely hung up on me. When I tried to call back she was continuously hostile and told me that I couldn't come back nor could I get a refund. I have tried numerous times to contact them and she continuously hangs up the phone on me and refuses to give me a refund. I am referring this business to your bureau seeking help in the matter. sDesired Settlement: I bought 6 sessions from this company and still have 4 pending. I gave them the choice to either complete my remaining 4 sessions or refund them to me being that there is obviously conflict between the company and I. They refused to do either.

Review: I have been going to Times Square Laser Spa since the end of 2014 to get a laser treatment on my upper lip and chin. Since the first time I went there I found their practices a little weird but didn't make much of it. I was explicitly asked to pay for in cash so to avoid taxes. So I did, they did not provide me with a receipt, stating that there was nothing to worry about since "i was in their system". Their system consisted of a bunch of poorly kept files, which major inconsistencies they tried to fix each and every time I went. But with such high turn over this can be understood, I did not see the same assistant/secretary/operating technician twice.

When it came to the treatment, (and I have laser experience from other venues) they never clean shaved the designated areas, and never marked out the designated areas prior to treatment, which is pretty much the standard for Cynosure laser machines. Nelly (Naile), was the technician who also presented herself as the owner, and each time she treated me she had to ask what areas I was getting done, though she had "my file" in her hands. Aside from the upper lip, the chin was rarely treated on the designated spot. The process was always rushed. Even when I went for a dermabrasion and facial which were pretty much forced on my by Nelly's "business" style, they told me to leave 15 minutes prior to my paid time, because they had another client to receive. (?) They packed the mask and gave it to me like carry out food to take home and finish the treatment. Despite I continued to my detriment to go to this clinic. After the first original 6 (six) laser treatments I saw absolutely no results. I told Nelly and she snapped. After I insisted she put the area under the camera and of course she could see the obvious, there were no results. So instead of giving me a refund as she told me during the first and second session, she duresses me into purchasing another package and pay for it cash, of course. Never a receipt. During the first session of the second phase I received burns on my chin. Nelly made nothing of it, stating its a normal reaction. (?)

On October [redacted], 2015, I went for my appointment at Times Square Laser Spa, to get treatment on my upper lip and chin. What I got were second and third degree burns on the left side of my face, as well as leopard like burn spots all over my neck. Prior to treatment I reminded Nelly that the last treatment had left me with first degree burns which took time to heal, and for that reason I had skipped few months of treatment to allow my skin to recuperate. Further, I signed an agreement with them to treat ONLY the upper lip and the base of the chin, why would she treat my neck to begin with?

She put some "gel" to my hands (which I hadn't washed previously, not knowing I was going to perform the treatment myself) and told me to put in on the treated area. The skin was burning a lot and it was completely red. She assured me it was ll fine. I left and soon as I got to the street, blisters and spots started forming quickly on my face and neck. I called in to report and send pictures. Nelly said this is just a reaction and that there was nothing the doctor could do, so discouraged me from going to the doctor, and that I was to put some hydrocortisone cream on the area. On October [redacted], 2015, I reach out to Nelly again, stating that I need to see a doctor as the cream is not cutting it, I could not sleep and had difficulty breathing. She said its all normal and I should continue to put the cream and that there was nothing a doctor could do. On October [redacted], 2015, I contact Nelly again stating that I must go to the doctors since the pain kept there and I needed treatment. She said they run a legit business and that she could email me all their medical info so I could present the case to their insurer. Promising that the following morning she would've emailed the info, she asked for my email address and I texted it to her.

Thinking, based on what she previously stated, that she was the owner, I also asked her for a refund and suggested to find a way to work things out as this malpractice influences heavily my work. Being an actress/model, I cannot respond to casting calls and I cannot make myself available for work, at least till the burns turn into scars and hopefully it all heals. She said she understood and that the real owner, John, was going to call me. John, did not call. I made several other calls to Nelly, who assured me he would call. I finally get a call from John after 8:00 pm, october [redacted], 2015. He calls from a blocked number and undisclosed location. He refuses to share his last name with me, stating this is not legal for me to have such information. He refused to share the businesses NY state ID number. He never apologized or took any responsibility for the wrongdoing, inviting me to sue them. he was certain that after a few weeks my scars would be gone, so I would have no permanent damage, thus I had no case. But he kept smirking and inviting me to get lawyer and have my lawyer contact him.

Morning of October *, 2015, I checked my email to see what I got from Nelly. It was nothing. She never emailed any medical records. I called at the clinic and their line was out. I texted both Nelly, and the new assistant, asking for the medical info and the owners full name. I got a message from Nelly stating "I'm sorry I can't give out any information on the owner. All of the business information you can find listed on our website if you would like to get an attorney. I'm sorry for any inconvenience". After I insisted again, I receive this message: "Stop harassing and interruption our business with your repeated phone calls and texts. We have told you repeatedly that the marks will go away in a couple of days. If you call or text us again we will call the police. You are only to contact us through a lawyer from this point forward".

Soon after this message, certain that the "scars" (3rd degree burns) wont heal in two days, (we are already on day 3 after the malpractice and I remain in deep pain with major scaring) I decided to reach out to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund, medical expenses, work time (since I am not able to go audition until the scars heal (which is not "two days")
