This letter is in response to a complaint
filed 8/14/17.Said vehicle was repossessed on 7/21/Times Up Recovery was contact by a 3rd party claiming to be the owner of a Hyundai Sonata and
was wanting his personals out of a vehicleThe 3rd party contacting the office is not the owner of
said vehicle and was told that we could discuss anything with him that he needed to get the true owner to callAs stated in the complaint, both parties contacted our office on Aug 11, 2017.At that time, they were notified that time had expired (lien holder only requires
we hold personal items for days) and I couldn't guarantee that their items were still here and had not been destroyedIf the items had not
destroyed then they would be brought forward and I would call them back to set the appointment.Their personals were destroyed on 8/08/-days after repossession, days longer then
required.True owner of the vehicle called our office on 8/14/and was informed of the date her personals were destroyed
