I am rejecting this response because: It is not the truthI have given notice ti vacant the apartment There were accommodations made on their behalf
With respect to [redacted] ’s complaint, he chose to purchase a house before his lease expired We did provide him options to get out of his lease early, including paying a lease-break fee or subletting the unit We provided him with a couple of names of people looking to rent a 2/bath for ASAP [redacted] did not want anything to do with a sub-letting We offered to put his apartment on the market early (for 5/15/2016) to try and put some money back in his pocket only if we could get it rented for that time period As of today, he still has not turned in notice to vacate The $1,is the total rent for the two months the apartment will be sitting vacant due to his move-out ***, we have policies in place to attempt to treat all of our residents fairly and consistently We do everything we can to avoid any discriminatory policies and to ensure fair treatment We do need to enforce our lease equally, or we put ourselves in a position where we cannot enforce any of themBest regards, Marty --- Martin J [redacted] President, Times Ventures Corporation

ASAP. [redacted] did not want anything to do with a sub-letting. We offered to put his apartment on the market early (for 5/15/2016) to try and put some money back in his pocket only if we could get it rented for that time period. As of today, he still has not turned in notice to vacate. The $1,940.00 is the total rent for the two months the apartment will be sitting vacant due to his move-out. [redacted], we have policies in place to attempt to treat all of our residents fairly and consistently. We do everything we can to avoid any discriminatory policies and to ensure fair treatment. We do need to enforce our lease equally, or we put ourselves in a position where we cannot enforce any of them. Best regards, Marty --- Martin J. [redacted] President, Times Ventures Corporation
