Timeshare Adventures charges a sizable non-refundable up-front fee ($695) to list your unit for sale and promotes itself on the basis of having millions in sales and also suggests that comparable units sell at high prices ($9,000+) When no offers come for months and months, it eventually comes back claiming it has a much lower ($2,500) 'offer' but then sends paperwork that is not a firm offer from a buyer but merely their own request (under another entity name) to exclusively broker a deal that limits the proceeds to you, the seller, to that lower ($2,500) amount should they be able to sell no matter how high the price By then you are so sick of the sunken money and lack of response that you probably give in (as did I) I will say, they did sell and proceeded to close at the $price from afar without a hitchIn hindsight, not a good idea to pay hundreds in a non-refundable up front fee and don't be lulled in by claims of selling comparable units for much, much more Also I didn't like the borderline deception of an offer that is only their own division's restrictive low-ball brokerage contract Basically, I cleared $1825, about 20% of what was considered 'comparable' in the initial promotional discussion That was better than nothing but not much I don't believe they did anything illegal and the document processing staff was very courteous and efficientBut better to go with a conventional broker to begin with and not pay anything unless and until your unit sells at a price fully revealed This is more of a case of seller beware
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpfulThey kept me informed throughout the entire sales process All my calls and questions were answered in a timely manner I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their timeshare
The most important issue in this day of electronic dealings is that of trust Dealing with unknown individuals, electronic signatures and interstate phone calls requires a strong faith in the people one is dealing with In the case of Timeshare Adventures you can rely on their integrity and honesty

Timeshare Adventures is great. We have used them the past few years to secure a vacation at Atlantis. We have experienced no problems and enjoyed Atlantis for the past 2 years and this summer we used them to secure our room and my sister's room.
In an industry that is filled with fly-by-night sales and marketing companies, it's great when you can find someone that under promises and over delivers. everything I needed to know about getting an appraisal for our Time
Share and even talked me through the application process. I never felt
rushed or pressured by her and she was accurate for everything she told
me including my anticipated results.
She conducted her business in a very professional, succinct manner. I
though this was going to be a huge process but it took 5 days from phone call to delivered appraisal with all the paperwork I need for tax purposes.
I cannot say enough about what Jennifer did for me. One of the easiest
transactions I've ever completed. Thank you so much. This will certainly make our tax season easier for next year.
Great Company, I have been using Timeshare adaventuresd for 14 years now, on a year to year base, always came through for me and my family and friends, and always went the extra step. One year we had a last minute change in our plans, hand to move our vacation one week up, with 3 days notice, they went the extra steps and got us what we needed, no extra cost or anything, great people.
