These people are awesome. First off, I'm military. My issues took longer than what they claim, but the ladies at TAI were so patient with me while I was gone on deployments or in areas where I couldn't contact them, that it's not their fault for how long it took. It's definitely a scary feeling when the timeshare company fights back, but just listen to TAI and it'll all get sorted out. It feels like such a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I HIGHLY recommend TAI.

I contacted TAI and was informed of the process and services they offered. At times it seemed to be going slow but I always had contact from them and assurance all is going well. They prepared all the documents I had to send and they were very professional. I followed the plan and I was able to get out of my contract just as I was told by TAI. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

Timeshare Advocacy does what it claims. I was worried at first after such a bad experience with the timeshare purchase, but I can now say I'm free of my timeshare thanks to Timeshare Advocacy. The staff are honest and have the client's best interests in mind. The process can be long, which we were told upfront, but the process is well worth it.

This company is excellent. The customer service reps are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and always get back to you in a timely manner. They do exactly what they promise, and give accurate information on the process and possible outcomes. We had a unique situation with our timeshare contract, where the timeshare company unexpectedly released us without a fight (to this day we have no idea why). This was a week after we contacted TAI and they had begun the process of reviewing our case. TAI willingly refunded us most of our money, even though their contract says they are not obligated to refund any money. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who gets themselves scammed into a timeshare contract.

Timeshare Advocacy helped me through a very difficult time in my life. They helped me to be released from the time share and all the debt associated with the time share while keeping my credit intact. They were always there to answer all my questions and guide me through each step. I feel very blessed to have found Timeshare Advocacy and to finally be free of the time share and the debt. All of the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

My wife and I are so greatfull for the help we received thru TAI to get out of a timeshare which was much more than we ever should have been a part of. I was quite leary at first,but they did in fact get us out of it. The staff actually walked us through the process, answering the many questions /concerns/fears we had in doing this.It was somewhat costly, but in the long run it saved us a lot of money.They were very professional and kept us informed of the steps in the process. [redacted] was the most helpful of all the people I spoke with. She stayed in contact with us and always returned my call promptly. I had issues reaching people when we were moved to the "second part" of the process. I was dealing with one person, then after trying to reach her for several days I learned that she no longer worked at the company and that I would be handed over to another person. I feel like this company was great to help me get started and inform me of what processes need to be started in order to cancel my contract. However, after the initial person I dealt with I had a very hard time getting into contact with anyone. While I am grateful to be out of my contract, I feel like the communication was poor and the amount of money spent for them to basically write a letter for me was too much. My contract has been cancelled for nearly 2 months now. After it was cancelled, I tried to reach my TIA contact person vial email and phone several times and have yet to hear back from her. In order for me to recommend this company to anyone else, I would need to feel like the communication was improved. and that the rates were lower.

My husband I can not say enough good things about Timeshare Advocacy....they supported us throughout the process and gave us the needed encouragement to do what we thought could not be done. They saved us in so many ways...financially and emotionally especially.
If you are looking a way to correct the wrongs done you through timeshare false promises...give these fine people a chance and you will no t be sorry....

I started working with TAI this past April. In the beginning, I was hesitant to pay more money on something I wasn't sure was legit but after working with Susan I felt more at ease. She was very up front about all the things we would need to do accomplish. Sometimes it was difficult to get a hold of her directly but she would always call me back in a timely fashion.

The staff at TAI are very professional and very prompt when it comes to giving advice/guidance throughout the timeshare resolution process. They had an entire team working on our case, so there were plenty of staff members available throughout the week (and weekends) to answer any questions we had. If you have any doubts or concerns about the process of being released from a timeshare, I highly recommend that you give TAI a call. They make the process painless, and they are powerful players that a capable of defeating large timeshare companies. PLEASE MAKE THE CALL and save yourself the countless future headaches that will come from owning a timeshare!
