Happy
My Mother got a call and went to a presentation about her timeshare. She signed up for travel discounts and to get out of her timeshare at Massanutten. The next day she called me to tell me what she had done. I called the company and asked several questions and then looked them up. Everything seemed legitimate, but I was still skeptical, it is timeshare after all. I am pleased to report that she is no longer the owner of her timeshare, it was completed. As for the travel program, she used it once and I have used it once. Seems to work well. Most importantly, they did what they said they would do. Art Vargas

I have spoken with this client and assured her we will work through her concerns I refunded her purchase, in full, to show her that we are a legitimate company She has agreed that once the refund is deposited into her account, she would like us to contact her and start over Thanks, [redacted] President Timeshare Clearinghouse Bardstown Road Suite Louisville, KY [redacted] [redacted]

ur first interaction with Timeshare Clearinghouse was through a special presentationWe received a phone call in asking us to attend an ownership updateWe met with the company over dinner and they talked to us about how great their plan wasTimeshare Clearinghouse said that their [redacted] ownership plans would have more inventory than RCI and that we will have lower maintenance fees and no exchange feesThey also stated we would be able to easily book cruises using our points from Timeshare ClearinghouseWe attempted to book our [redacted] for the summer after we got our membership clearedFollowing this process, we found it extremely difficult to book a simple week long [redacted] using their reservation systemIt was hard to get into contact with a customer service agent or someone that could helpOften times, when we did get someone they didn't know what an MROP membership was and would redirect us to another numberOne time we even got redirected to the inventory departm

I am aware of this clients complaint and we have been working to resolve it and make her happy We have spoken with the attorney, who was retained to legally pursue [redacted] resorts and she is finalizing that part of the transaction As far as the other product purchased, we have fulfilled our portion What her complaint leaves out is the reason she no longer wants the timeshare she purchased She informed me one year after the purchase, in a letter and by phone, that her husband has had more surgery and they will no longer be able to travel She asked if we would assist her in the sale of the timeshare and I happily agreed I explained that we do receive payment for completing the sale, deeding, recording and transfer of that sale Those fees do not come to us, but are paid by us to third parties, including County courthouse and resorts I discounted our fees to cover those fees [redacted] ***PresidentTimeshare Clearinghouse [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted]

Good morning. Please allow this to serve as my response to the follow up regarding the above client. I have spoken to this client and am unable to provide the outcome that she is wanting. At time of sale, they executed contracts with my company and hired an attorney, that we recommended for another transaction. My company has fulfilled every part of the executed contract. I have offered a solution, allowing us to re sell her timeshare, but she has refused that option. At this time, I do not know what else I can do. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Sincerely, [redacted] *. ***PresidentTimeshare Clearinghouse 4229 Bardstown Road Suite 318Louisville, KY 40218 [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted]

We are pleased that this transfer is almost complete The Limited Durable Power of Attorney was sent to this client on 4/10/and it was received back in our offices on 5/4/ However the client did not have the required witnesses, we notified them immediately and emailed a new POA for execution We received the properly executed POA over a month later, on 6/14/and proceeded to begin the transfer process The client did not have a copy of their recorded deed, so we ordered it from the county courthouse and it arrived in our office on 8/19/ Per the resorts internal transfer policy, we submitted an estoppel request and were informed that the resort would not exercise their first right of refusal, in November The closing company has sent and received back all of the closing documents and we paid the maintenance fees, per the contract

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The attorney and I have spoken many times, and we have a contract with her directly. She said that she is no longer accepting any business from Timeshare Clearinghouse, and she is not directly affiliated with them. This is not the wonderful deal we were promised at the sales pitch. Our expectation from that was that we would be done with [redacted] , and could use the [redacted] one instead, and end up paying a lot less money. Regardless of whether my husband can travel or not, we had many phone calls with [redacted] for months about all of this which Mr. [redacted] claims he does not have any record of in his system. Mr. [redacted] tried to pitch me on how we could “make money by renting” the [redacted] timeshare, and when I refused, he told me that he would talk to Mr. [redacted] and see what they could do to help us somehow, and said that we could sell it “internally “without a contract. I stupidly believed him when he told me he had two offers, but they weren’t high enough, so he would keep working on it. When I asked the amount of the offers, he said he would get back to me, and when he didn’t I called and discovered that he was gone from the company. That was when I asked Mr. [redacted] about the possibility of selling the [redacted] one to be nice, and to see if he would be willing to help us in any way. I expected that he would respond with “I’m sorry things aren’t working out as we promised, and we’ll give you a refund”. To my surprise, he tried to send me a contract with a 50% sales fee, and “kindly” dropped it down to 10% when I expressed my shock at his offer. He also indicated that they could not guarantee a sale in any case. This whole deal was misrepresented from the start. We have continued to pay for the [redacted] timeshare this whole year, and now owe approx. $5,000 less to them than a year ago. We are still paying for the [redacted] one, and have recently gotten more bills for the maintenance fees for close to another $2,500. We were supposed to get all kinds of support from Timeshare Clearinghouse to end the [redacted] contract and we have gotten nothing. We were very clear from the beginning that we could not afford both.We believe now that this whole thing is a scam. Timeshare Clearinghouse encouraged us to open 2 new credit cards, and in order to keep a 0% interest rate, recommended transferring the balance to other 0% credit cards when the initial term on the first ones expired, so we wouldn’t incur any interest while “we are waiting” for [redacted] to relinquish our contract. In essence, what that did was to get them paid in full by the credit card company immediately, and not allow us to report them as the fraud that we believe they are.We are not satisfied with this response at all, and want a full refund of everything we paid to Timeshare Clearinghouse, as well as any fees we have incurred. Regards, [redacted]

Timeshare Clearinghouse just liquidated my timeshare at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando FL They told me it would take to months The transaction was complete in less than months They kept me informed throughout the entire process This accurately reflects my experience, however, it can only begin to suggest the strong ethic and sense of commitment they bring to liquidating your timeshare It was a privilege to work with the team at Timeshare Clearinghouse I would highly recommend using Timeshare Clearinghouse to everyone that is considering liquidating their timeshare

We bought a deeded timeshare with Sheraton Vistana nearly years agoAlthough the concept of owning a deeded timeshare at this beautiful resort was a great idea at the time, as years passed maintenance fees increased and it became more of a chore to vacation Resorts make it easy to buy, but difficult to sellWe have heard horror stories of owners being scammed by third parties offering to sell your timeshare with upfront feesWe entered this transaction with much trepidation because of the upfront feesAfter four month's time, and many phone calls to Jay (which he always took) to ensure that this transfer was really happening, the property was transferred out of our nameI have since verified the transfer with Vistana and the Register of DeedsNow, we can vacation when we want, where we want and no longer have cumbersome annual maintenance fees that would pass down to future generationsTimeshare Clearinghouse deliveredThank you!

I was called and invited to T** *** *** ** *** ** at 5PM on 12/7/ I was told that representatives from my timeshare at *** in the Bahamas, *** *** *** *** would be there I was told that I was at risk of losing my week or my points Although I did not think this was true I decided to go The representatives that were there were unprofessional, left me sitting there for minutes after they wrote down my information and when I went to ask what was going on one young lady was rude and said they can't use my timeshare anyway and I should sign a paper acknowledging this When I said I would not sign anything she said, "'I'll sign it for you"I said "young lady, do not do that, it's illegal" She said "old lady, just leave" The man in charge came over and asked if there was a problem When I tried to explain he clearly was not interested and said since I know all about timeshares I should just leave
I am hoping that CEO Jeffrey ** *** is privy to this review and learns how his company is being represented On my way out, I met a couple who was equally upset and a waitress told us she was glad we were smart enough to leave and not be sold on what they were trying to do She said that day after day people are being duped I felt bad for an older couple who had their credit card out

I just recently assigned my second timeshare contract over to Timeshare Clearing HouseThe first property was a Spinnaker Resort in Branson MissouriLittle did I know how difficult it was, and the amount of time it took to get out of the contract legallyIt took about three months but this company was able to complete the process and kept me up to date every week by email or by phoneI was so tickled when I received the email that said we were finally doneI wanted to make sure that they could complete the transfer before I gave them the second Marriott propertyNeedless to say before I knew it they had finished the transfer on it in less timeNeedless to say I am very pleased to give this company a great review and with all the other scammy companies out there , I believe you can trust them to get the job done

After being disappointed by others, we employeed the services of Timeshare Clearinghouse They completed all the documentation needed to get rid of our timeshare, saving us thousands of dollars Highly recommend Timeshare Clearinghouse

Timeshare Clearinghouse exudes integrity In transferring several timeshares over the last year, Mr*** and Mr*** have always done the right thing to serve me as their customer I am grateful for their customer service and highly recommend this company

In November of 2015, my husband and I attended dinner at a restaurant in ***, NJ where we met *** ***, *** ***, and *** *** of Timeshare Clearinghouse
Their promotion was to help us trade in our *** timeshare points and purchase an *** timeshare from them instead since it would be much more economical At the time, we owed $30,to *** and the new *** was $ 31,which they put on separate credit cards at a 0% introductory rate, one in my name and one in my husbands There was a separate fee of $paid directly to an attorney who was to help us break the contract with ***
We made it very clear that we could not afford to pay for both timeshares, and they all assured us that would not happen It’s a year later and we are still working directly with the attorney to help break the contract with ***
*** *** and *** *** no longer work for Timeshare Clearinghouse, and *** ***, President and CEO seems only int

Phone call from this company said they were reviewing changes in *** and *** terms of use At a dinner meeting held at *** *** in Creve Coeur, MO, the presented a plan to reduce our out of pocket maintenance fees by transferring points to *** and we could use rentals to earn back money to cover the maintenance fees I called *** and *** person I talked to said they did not know of this company,
I have since found the following information from *** that this is a scam They are not connected to *** at all
Found this Resale and Relief Advisory from *** Web site -*** *** has learned that so-called 'transfer', 'relief' or 'rescue' companies are soliciting timeshare owners to participate in their programsThe initial solicitation often comes in the form of a letter or email directing the owner to call to avoid a planned increase in maintenance fees or participate in a program that may eliminate the owner's maintenance
