The surface stains of your pool are not related to the start up procedureAs we discussed we can remove them and reseal the stone at the same timeAll that was done by us with you heater was disconnect the power from the old controller and reconnect to the new oneThis would not have created the sound you are hearing We are ready and willing to remove the stains a seal the stonePlease let us know when would be a good time to start

My husband and I inherited a timeshare from my parentsWe had no idea we would have to pay maintenance fees every year and we could not afford itWe contacted timeshare owners relief and they were able to negotiate a settlement with my parents timeshare companyThey were very easy to work with and we could not be happier!

Timeshare Owner's Relief was the answer that my husband and I have been looking for We had fallen victim to different scams, to the tune of about $ Each one of them had promises of having a buyer for our timeshare They were "listing agreements" is what we eventually learned We were so desperate to get out from under the liability of never ending/ always increasing maintenance fees, that we gave them $up front on different occasions Paul *** with Timeshare Owner's Relief assured us this process was entirely different There is a major difference between a listing agreement and a deed/mortgage cancellation The difference is twofold Paul goes through an attorney to cancel the deed out, not list it for sale (it's impossible to sell a timeshare on the resale market) The other main difference was a 100% money back guarantee WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT To go one step further, he invoiced us through PayPal This made my husband and I feel way more comfortable, because PayPal also backs the financial transaction 100% Needless to say the process was as smooth as it could be Even though the paperwork stated it could take up to days, they had us out of our contract within days We couldn't be happier of the experience, and would recommend Timeshare Owner's Relief to anyone looking to ACTUALLY alleviate themselves from a residual debt like a maintanece fee THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me to try.  I do not accept the denial that Bellar Pools failure to follow the manufacturer's start up procedure caused the staining and discoloration.  Wet Edge clearly warns in the first days, the plaster is susceptible to staining and discoloration and their start up procedure includes the filtration system must be started immediately and specific chemicals to be added and constantly monitored.  Wet Edge used the strong words of vital, critical and mandatory in the start up procedure.  The facts remain that Bellar Pools did not start the pump until day 8 and added no chemicals until day 12.  The pool flagstone was not even attempted and the patio flagstone sealant was substituted with a lesser material.  I waited days that no one showed up and months of my unanswered and unreturned phone calls.
The plaster cured in stagnant water for days, taking on stains and I am quite concerned the stains will reappear, like stains do, with minor stain removal attempts.  I still want new plaster and a do-over with every part of the job done and done right.
This attempt to remove the stains and complete the job DOES NOT resolve my complaint yet.  My job needs to be right and to my satisfaction before it is resolved.

All gas meter connections, upgrades, and reroutes are the homeowners responsibility as stated in our contract.  When the pool was dug, the gas line was exposed and owner was informed that they were responsible for it to be rerouted around the pool.  Once the pool was completed...

owner was instructed to have the gas connected to line.  At that point, owner was having an issue with the gas provider as to who was responsible for the connection and the meter.  The owner had that issue resolved and the pool heater would not fire, we sent our construction [redacted] out to investigate the situation.  At his visit, he determined that the main meter was low pressure so the pool heater did not need the regulator.  [redacted] agreed with the assessment and told [redacted] that he would have his plumber remove the regulator since he was having him do additional work for him anyway.  Firepit issue was caused by the regulator at the heater since the line was teed in there.
We have contacted the [redacted] to investigate why the permit has not been closed out.  There is an outstanding inspection that has not been recorded and we have called the [redacted], leaving messages to contact our office for clarification.  We have had no response to date.  We are following up again tomorrow and hope to have the situation resolved shortly.    Once it has been resolved, we will have the final inspection called in and the permit closed out.
