I would like to file a complaint; however, all I have is a name, phone number and email address. I was contacted on 5/14/13 by phone about my timeshares and offered a price for them after paying a fee. I knew this was too good to be true, but I only checked out his PayPal account and looked no further. After paying the $796, I started searching further and found his name ([redacted]) involved in a complaint with you. He is now saying he works for Timeshare Resale Unlimited. I filed a complaint with Paypal after Mr. [redacted]'s phone was disconnected. He contacted me from another number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and said he had been promoted. Paypal refused my claim as it was supposedly for advertising. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
