I met Brian at an event. I had been trying to get out of my timeshare for over 2 years. We liked it at first, but the kids moved on and they didn't want it. Even tried to give it away. My wife and I met with Brian and Holly, they listened to us and reviewed our contract. In that meeting, we knew they could help and we signed up on the spot. It's been great. I just completed my timeshare termination with them and am out from under the burden of my timeshare which was located in Orlando, FL.
I was always skeptical of these types of companies, but decided to give it a try after speaking with Brian at the Home Show in Denver this past March 2017. After setting up an appointment with Brian, the process was explained to me, which included an upfront fee. I decided to go for it as eliminating the annual maintenance fees would be well worth it. The contract was signed and the paperwork was filled out, he informed me that it could take up to a year to complete the process. The timeframe depends on the willingness of the timeshare company to take back the timeshare back into inventory. At times it seemed like nothing was happening but every month Holly sent me an update and you can talk to them anytime you have questions.
After the initial paperwork, there was some paperwork that needed to be notarized as the process went forward. It seems like all of a sudden I was informed that the process was complete and I was given the finished paperwork in October of 2017, 7 months after it all started.
I was really pleased with the results and the time frame exceeded my expectations. As I said in the beginning, this company is very reliable and professional. I am happy to recommend their services to anyone wishing to rid themselves of their timeshare burden.
