Timeshares Direct Inc.

So I have owned a timeshare for the past 20+ years and decided to sell it after being contacted by this company This was in October, The lady I spoke to told me that if I hurried, I could get my listing in on time for their "Oktoberfest push", and that it was very likely the timeshare would sell or rent prior to the end of the month, since I indicated I was willing to do either and was very flexible on the price I paid the fee (I think it was around $700), and waited And waitedAnd waited Around the end of November / December I call the company back and was told by the lady that due to some kind of "paperwork error" my listing never made the Oktoberfest event, and that I was essentially SOL and would just have to wait for other offers to come in
After not hearing another word for several months, I recontacted the company in March 2016, and was told that the lady I originally spoke with was no longer employed there I was assigned a new guy (Christian), who assured me the property would sell About another month went by and Christian did actually call me (the ONLY time he has ever called me) telling me that for the low low price of $600+ dollars I could have my property listed in their booklet they send out, which supposedly really pushes certain properties and would all but guarantee a sell In fact, he told me that if the property did not sell within a month, he would continue to pay the registration fee out of his own pocket to have the timeshare listed in the booklet every month until it did I decided to take another chance and paid the money The paperwork I received via email did NOT have the correct information on it regarding my property, which I brought to Christians attention He told me that not to worry about it, that he would fix it once he received the stuff back, and that it would be correct in the listing Other things were also brought to his attention like the fact that he made certain promises and guarantees to me, despite the paperwork indicating that he didn't Again he said not to worry about it, that it was standard language and that he couldn't change it I thought what the***, it will be worth it if I can get rid of the*** timeshare
About a month later I get the booklet with my listing Surprise surprise, the information regarding my property was not corrected like I was told it would be so I called Christian immediately I was told that he had submitted the correct information, but since it was wrong he would make sure it was listed properly the following month and that I would get another booklet I have never received a corrected listing I have called Christian literally hundreds of times to talk to him, and out of those times I am lucky to have spoken to him a dozen times He has never returned my calls, he has pushed me onto another salesman, only to get me back again I have spoke to his supervisors on multiple occasions and have REPEATEDLY been assured that my time share will sell, and that they will put it at the top of their list since it has been in their inventory for so long There was even a conference call at one point (I think around June or July 2016) between me, the supervisors and Christian, in which he was scolded and I was assured that he would return my calls promptly from that time on, and at the very least give me periodic updates And yet here it is December and I have not received a single email, phone call, text or anything Not even a "go screw yourself sucker" message
I could go on and on, but suffice it to say - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LIST WITH THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND MAKE PROMISES AND GUARANTEES WHICH ARE NEVER KEPT JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY

Hi, on 5-9-2014 gave $799.00, 10-7-2015 $500.00, 10-7-2015 $700.00, so over 2 years and no sales offer at all, NOTHING! When they said they would sell it, they never told me that contract would expire, or I would have never signed up. Now they wont even help me saying that it didn't sell and I should have read the small print, how ethical! Just tell your customers , if we don't sell it within 2 years, too bad. I would like a full refund asap. If they rent it out for you, it will be next to nothing considering your costs for the timeshare.
