Review: We signed a 6 month contract for this company to sell our Timeshare with the understanding that on the 6 month anniversary of that contact we could request a full refund of the cost $289. We had to fax our request and a copy of the contract on the exact date. We did this and also called in our request and emailed the same. This all occurred on 3/*/14.To date we have not received our money back: not even a call or email following up on the request.This is all on top of the fact that they did not come to us with any sales offers. When I called they told me there was one offer but it was too low so they rejected it without even asking us(contract price was written AS NEGOTIABLE).We are asking you to help us obtain our refund and hope that other consumers will see this and avoid this company.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $289 as per contract.

Review: I have a signed contract stating that they have a purchaser for my time share for $7400 and this was signed back in Nov. 2013. I have emailed numerous times no response, they always say they didnt get my email the next time. I have told them they have committed fraud and I was reporting them to you and yet still no response. I want them to have to purchase my time share for the agreed 7400 I dont care if they have a buyer now or not, they have refused to update me on anything and it does not take this long to do this process. This is all fruad they are committing and I want them to be forced to purchase my time share themselves because I have turned down other offers as I have a signed legal and binding contract. This company will not respond to my emails and I want everything in writing which is my legal right and they refuse, they never even call nothing, I have over 18 emails showing all my attempts with them and nothing only ones I get are saying still waiting on financing and yet when this was started in Nov 2013 client was already preapproved so what is the hold up. I have also contact my resort to see if this company has called like they are supposed to and imagine that they have not contacted the resort for anything. This has made me have to pay an additional $740 for maint. fees and now $157 for RCI points which is not fair because this was all started before anything was done. THIS COMPANY HAS COMMITTED FRAUD AND I WANT THEM TO PURCHASE THIS TIME SHARE REGARDLESS WE HAVE A SIGNED LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT>Desired Settlement: I want them to purchase this time share for the $7400, plus the $740 and the $156 for all these additional fees that I would not have had to pay if this was completed when it should have been. Its been 4 months and nothing, this process does not take 4 months a house does not take 4 months. This company has committed FRAUD and I want them to purchase my timeshare as the legal binding contract says and reimburse me for my other costs that would have had to been paid if this was done in a timely manner or at all and answers from this pos company. I also have the signed contract if you need it.

Review: We sent our required fee for six months of advertising to their website. We were given a contract for six months of advertising and if it didn't sell we were to get our money back. I sent the Faxed request for returned payment, per contract 6 months from date signed. I used the Fax number and faxed two consecutive days to be sure of recpt. I requested a call or e-mail confirmation of my notice. Nothing was rec'd. We have called numerous times and finally got an answer,We were told it had gone to corp. and [redacted](our salesman) didn't have an answer but would get back. Well no response..We have e-mailed and phoned numerous times. We would just like to have a response in a positive manner..Desired Settlement: We paid them for advertising and followed the contract. Given the notice and contacts we have made, we would like our 389.00 given back for failure to do as promised.

Review: I have tryed to contact subject company via telephone at least two (2) times about a listing I did not approve. I have also contacted them via via their Contact Us two (2) times. They have never returned my calls or contact us requestsDesired Settlement: Have them contact me at the phone numbers I have left them in an attempt to obtaim information about my property
