I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** is correct about the refund, but he screwed us out of the magazine for the three months that we were members of the NTOA Does he have any more excuses for that? Maybe it's because of his unprofessional behavior of choosing the side of the management company, ***, and holding it against us Can he answer why we NEVER received a copy of his magazine as members? We think not What would it cost for us to receive the two magazines that we were screwed out of?*** *** *** ***
