I have offered several different options of watches for the consumer to choose from to replace the watch she has that is experiencing issues with the closure I an waiting to hear which style watch she would like so I can have it sent to her

We apologize for the problems this customer has experienced with his Timex watch and we will replace the watch We have no record of having received the watch and since we don't have it to repair, we are ordering a new one from our Distribution Center and the watch will be shipped in the next few days We receive most all of the mail sent to us using our postage-paid label but a few do get lost especially if they are not packaged properly We want our customers to be satisfied Timex customers so we will be sending this customer a replacement watch

The Timex warranty does not cover bands, which was communicated in the initial email response We have provided a new band at no charge as a courtesy Timex normally sells leather replacement bands for this style watch for $

You can close the file *** that you graciously opened for me I could not find a way to reply to your email : but , I wanted to thank you for your help with my small issue with Timex . I am so grateful that you existand are willing to help defenseless consumers against big business It seems like just hearing that you are involved makes a company do the right thing With Timex , they have replaced the watch . Now hopefully for their future purchasers they will see that the band on that watch has a faulty band and will go back to the bands they use to have on their bracelet watches . Timex watches come with a limited one year warranty, which does not cover the bands. We have sent a replacement band as a courtesy. The band was sent to the customer via UPS and is scheduled to be delivered Thursday 5.18.17. The tracking number is 1Z*** We have performed a quality review on this style watch and did not find the clasp to be defective

I apologize for the frustrations reaching our customer service team. I will be happy to provide an RMA number for return of the items. Please use code ***. Put that on the packing slip and on the outside of the box. We have extended our return policy for the
holidays. You have until the end of January to return the items

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate the courtesy bandHowever, I have a band which cost over $due to having to have a watch repair shop replace the band since my first attempt resulted in a mismatchIn my opinion this should have been sent at an earlier date instead of repeatedly ignoring my emails in my attempts to resolve the issue.

We have located the returned watch and a refund was processed today back to the  card used to place the order.  Please allow w2 to 3 days to appear on the statement.  I apologize for the delay.

Our finance department s provided a copy of the refund transaction that was processed on November 29th , 2017.  The refund was processed back to the card used to place the order. According to the transaction information from the financial institution the transaction was successful.  The...
