Do not do business with this company! It took twice as long to go to closing as it should have, but that's not the worst problemThe mobile notary came to our houseWe signed and initialed the closing documents and witnessed his notary stampHe shuffled around and gave us a pack of papersAfter he left we looked at the papersThey were all blank formsNone of them were initialed, signed or notarizedSo after paying the down payment and closing costs, we had nothing to prove that this house was oursI have tried to contact them to no availIt's impossible to reach anyone at their listed phone numberMy realtor has been unable to get any response from themAlso, my realtor was able to get a "special warranty deed" for usHowever, I'm not sure that this will hold up in courtIt was notarized by a woman in MichiganWe live in OregonI can't see any other option to resolve this issue other than legal action
We are very sorry for the perception left on the buyer of this propertyWe have a staff of over employees we are puzzled by the comment about not being able to reach anyoneThe closing specialist that closed the original transaction does not work in the office any longer, but her phone extension is forwardedUnfortunately, when purchase bank owned property, we need to move at the speed and direction of the bank who is the sellerWe communicate status to the agent(s) involved in the transaction and typically do not correspond directly with the individual the agent(s) representThis can be a pain point we try to address this in all correspondence we send out upon receipt of contractIf Mr [redacted] needs any further documentation or has any further questions, he can contact our SVP of Closing directly at [email protected]
