I placed an order with this company and when I received the product lettering on both watches was missing and I called reported the issue sent a e-mailed and returned the watches and I haven't received any replacementsI ordered in December ofIt's been over three monthsI've spoke with someone about the issue and I was told to send the watches back which I had done and replacements will be sent to meAt this time I haven't received anythingI would like my replacements or my money back

Just ordered from this company and didn't do my homework on the legitimacy of it, from all reviews I'm reading is its a scam which is sad people get ripped out of their hard earned money and looks like they probably got me too smh

We received the watch, however, they charged us a second time...

when we had already paid.  Our attempts to recover our seco9nd charge has been ignored.

Zero star till now...3 month till now and I am waiting my order..I ordered 2 watches and I live in ksa and I didn't receive till ...you know what company respond ..they said maybe it lost in the way or stolen ..what's an answer..very bad ..if they are not assure saftey or receiving no need to sell far distance

I have as well ordered a watch for my mums birthday ordered 11 September messaged them lots of times no one gets back to you have also taken money . Thank you very much for NOT delivering my mums watch with my dad on photo who is deceased .

I ordered 3 watches for as keepsakes for the wife of, the daughter of and the best friend of a friend who recently passed away. My order was placed on 8/8/2017 and and confirmed payment received 8/9/2017- Order number US18169B. I still have yet to receive my merchandise. I emailed the company 3 times with no response received. I would never refer a friend EVER to this company. It's now 8/29/2017 and I am still waiting for merchandise I paid for 20 days ago.

Review: We ordered a watch from Timissimo in November 2013. We received it and it looked very nice with the designed logo, but there was a small crack in the screen. We returned immediately with the appropriate paperwork and requested a new watch. We did not hear from them sent the first email on December [redacted] and asked for status of replacement. No response emailed again and the response was OK, no problem. Still did not receive a new watch. On the [redacted] emailed again and asked them if they would be sending a new watch or refunding money? On the [redacted] they said refund our money. The money was never credited back to our account. On the [redacted] of January sent another email explaining that we would be filing a report with the Revdex.com if they did not either immediately return our money or send a new watch. On January [redacted] they responded and said they would send a new watch. On the [redacted] of January requested a status of the shipment and again on the [redacted] asked a status with no response on either day. We would like the watch or our money refunded. Any help you can give us would be appreciated. They have no phone number to try and call and resolve and we are not sure what to do next.Desired Settlement: We would like the watch or our money refunded.

I needed a special order for a special event with special request. Customer service was great and went out their way to accommodate my needs.
