She did not have the money for me to do the extra things she wantI completed my portion of the signed contractShe only had $cashJob was suppose to pay $She was giving a dallor discount in the first place because of her conditionThen she continued to tell me she had a honey do list and requesting me to get her laundry, silver ware while she was eating, even asked to make her a salad On top of all this she want to pay me with marijuana and pillsShe talk about this infront of my son obsessively I ask her not to talk about drugs we went that kind of companyThen she wanted to write me a check from someone else's account that did not have her name on itShe eventually did come up with $I did not want my son in that environment so I completed my portion of the signed contract and dismissed the $still owed

I don't have time to be going back and forth If we need to go to court, lets go

I am rejecting this response because: No such thing was ever discussedSalad? Silverware? Laundry? Marijuana/pills? How absurd! Bottom line a horrible job was done & incomplete. In fact the more I look at the floor the more I see that wasn't done &/ or done correctlyI mentioned that the ductwork was cleaned recently & he said that he will make sure that he'll vacuum the mess upHorrified that this was one more thing not done. Him saying that this was job was discountedHa, the business which I purchased the flooring from, later I found out that I wouldn't have charged me $1, to do kitchen & bedroomKitchen is less then sq ft & bedroom less then sq ftI had other estimates that included the bathroom of sq ft. Compulsive liar can be added to his resume because it seems he does that better than flooring.
