Absolutely the worse service you will ever receive. I contacted Timo Brothers to do some maintenance work on pavers in my courtyard that they had installed. They first said they would come out, then forgot; I talked to them several times after that, called the sales man, drove from Naples to Bonita to sign the contract...and they never did the work and never returned my many call. THEY ARE HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR!
