[Art K*** shipped the jewelry to my old address, even though new address was provided on the receipt. I have not received the jewelry todate. When they called me I asked them which address they had shipped the package to and found out it was my old address. I am requesting refund as the delivery is so late. The occasion for which I had bought the jewelry is already over. I do not need the jewelry and do not wish to deal with a company as unprofessional as Art K***. ]
