Consumer sent the following clarification and documents See attachedThank you for speaking with me earlier todayThe first document is a formal request for the return of the $15,from my attorneyMrW [redacted] responded by returning to my apartment building and cutting the newly wire install electrical wire and laying it on the floor in various rooms of the building The side of the building that had electrical power was left untouchedOnly people who had access to the building would have know that The cost to "rewire" the building was an additional $5, I have attached a copy of the contract with signaturesThe header on the contract did not scan very well so it appears as if the contractors information was not includedIt is on the signed document, but was too light in coloring for the scanner to pick upThe second document, is a copy of the Bank Check in the amount of $15,that was given to MrW [redacted] on April 9th, The last two documents are a two part bid, that shows what it will now cost to demo/correct the work performed by MrW [redacted] and to start againThe cost is over $50,000.V/r [redacted] ***
