Our furnace was leaking so we called Timothy Off. BIG MISTAKE!! Two days later they sent a tech out who charged us $445 to change a gasket. That didn't fix the problem. Long story short, after five service calls and about $1,000 our furnace still isn't fixed. They offered to come out a sixth time and only charge us another $258 but we've had enough. We're cutting our losses and getting another company to fix it.
