Timothy Off Heating and Air Conditioning

I was very happy with my service from Timothy Off. My friend recommended them to fix an issue with our heater. They definitely led me to a lower cost fix option versus buying a new system even though my heater is borderline. I appreciated the honesty to give me good advice over making a few extra bucks. The service could not have been better.

Could not be happier with Timothy Off. I asked a friend for a recommendation as my heater was not working. The turnaround time was within the day for the service technician to come and diagnose the problem to full repair. I felt very comfortable with the remedy because they could have recommended a new heater but they advised a repair would give us what we needed and a lot cheaper.

Not satisfied with the service I was getting from my current hvac provider. Was informed from a good friend about Timothy Off and boy was I glad I made the change.
Very professional on the phone and in person, the tech was polite and courteous to my wife. After he completed the job he went over of what he did.

We renewed a service agreement over the phone on 7/29 to have furnace serviced on October 1, 2019 and air conditioner services 4/1/2020. I called to cancel and was rudely told that the ESP was Non refundable. They very happily canceled our October 1 appointment for service though! So essentially no work but still getting paid - terrible to do to a rrepeat customer. They installed our Air Scrubber, which we liked. This could have been such a positive experience but now it’s negative and we will be letting our friends and family know! H

Possibly the most unscrupulous HVAC contractor in the area. Not only did I get screwed (would say raped) once, and had to but a ridiculously priced maintenance contract on a brand new heater to make a service call almost worth while (500+ for a nozzle and filter clean) - when I attempted to use the contract benefits, he tried to charge me another $219 just to bleed a line on a 4 month old oil furnace that he had a service contract on. Worst of all - and illegal in PA, they did the work prior to ever telling me a price or even that it would cost anything - since I asked for them to just do the next cleaning / filter replacement that is included with the contract. Apparently, the tech found that all else was fine and it just needed a bleeding, but he still tried to charge a crazy rate for 10 minutes of service that I understood was part of my contract - and didn't do what I asked anyway - which was clean the nozzle and replace the filter - since he told he originally that running out oil clogged it agan (possibly before he actually looked - or realized he didn't have the right filter). Either way, 2+ months have gone by, I explained the situation to Mr Off - and then today, I got a letter copying his attorney that I owe him the $219 for a line bleeding - even though no price was quoted prior to work, I asked for contract related work only, and they then tried to hold me hostage again for fees that I didn't authorize
