Automax still haven't contacted me about whether or not they are going to trade my car out. I'm willing to work with them but they need to honest and contact me.

Thank you for making me aware of this issue. Not to dispute your claim But a front end alignment and two front  tires should not cost 800.00 plus dollars. We have a shop and will not reimburse for work outside of our shop. We will strive to make sure this is corrected. Thank you

This is my second experience with Affordable Dentures, Pensacola Fl. I am very pleased with the work of [redacted], DDS. She works quickly and accurately while still taking time to show concern ans courtesy.
DDS [redacted] is assisted by [redacted]( apologies for unknown last name).. a true gentleman, skilled and patient with questions and correcting problems which can arise with artificial teeth.
This, in my opinion, is a reputable business with dependable people. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures.

I have spoken with the Mrs. King in reference to this complaint. We pulled an Auto check at the time of sale. It was clean. Sometime after the sale Auto check reported an accident that occurred several months before we sold the vehicle. I told Mrs [redacted] that I would help her contact Auto...

check. I also told her I would trade her out of her vehicle and give her fair market value for her trade. Mrs [redacted] has a problem with Auto Check, we gave her the information that Auto check gave us. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

All of our cars are sold AS-IS with no warranty. If you purchased a warranty at time of sale you should see if it covers your repair.

The customer came to us and stated that the vehicle he purchased had been in an accident prior to him purchasing it from us. We pulled an autocheck and it was clean. We told the customer that we would attempt to find them another vehicle and trade them. We were unable to find the customer a car...

The part has been replaced. Please be aware that all money's need to be due when you pick up the vehicle.

been saying they ordered the part and it is being fixed in a timely manner and yet automax fails to provide proof the part has been purchased. On May 29, 2014 I spoke with legal counsel. Automax has 24 hrs to provide proof that the part has already been purchased and the car needs to be fixed no later then Monday June 2,2014 and be in my possession or legal proceedings shall commence.

Once again I apologize if you feel that we mislead you in any way. We presented the information that was available to us at that time. We stand by the fact that we disclosed what we knew. I also stand by that we will give you fair market value for your vehicle on trade..

I agree that Mr. [redacted] did briefly discuss with me about trading my car at fair trade value and yes he did offer to provide me the telephone number for AutoCheck.  However, I went to the[redacted] location later that afternoon and spoke directly with the manager [redacted].  Firstly, [redacted] acknowledge that [redacted] had not contacted him about what and why I would be coming in.  Secondly, after [redacted] reviewed some numbers in the system comparing with my then payoff, said he didnt know how I could trade out the car without a down payment.  [redacted] was to have a discussion with [redacted] the next morning on 7/3 and contact me, because as I told [redacted] I was not there to purchase another vehicle that required I spend more money, but I wanted to know how Automax was going to rectify the issue.  I never received that phone call.  Since then I have made attempts to contact [redacted] on 7/7 and 7/9, left name and number with no response.
In regards to Autocheck, I have contacted them directly both phone and email.  Because of confidentiality, they could not disclose the date they would have begin to report the accident to me directly.  I do not feel that Autocheck is my issue.

This matter was brought to [redacted], and [redacted] attention.  I am still waiting on phone calls from all these men.
They refused to do anything.  It was a safety issue with the roaring and grinding sound.  Their shop even admitted it needed a wheel hub replaced.  They had the chance and would not correct it at their shop.  In fact, their shop said it needed repair and [redacted] in[redacted] would not let them fix it.  I have the voicemail saved that told me my car was being fixed and nothing was done.  I'll accept 500 dollars to cover two front tires and an alignment or take them to court, picket the business and take this to the media.  We were done wrong.  We also have not received our tag yet.  I will also the lenders and file a complaint as well for shady business practices.
Also, they stole my money I was told to put gas in a test car and never gave it back.  This was 20 dollars and to a disabled person a lot of money.

[redacted] came into our[redacted] location and selected a vehicle to purchase. During the funding process it was discovered that the vehicle had announced unibody damage. We notified the customer. Customer's husband came in and stated that all his wife wanted was a Dodge Dart with low miles. We...

located another Vehicle at their request. Once we located the new vehicle customer called and stated that the bank had referred her to a new car dealership and she had purchased a vehicle there. Customers down payment was paid by check and per our check policy will be refunded 10 days after deposited to allow time to clear bank.
