I had my truck towed from my house to work because I had a suspension problem that I wanted to fix at my work There was absolutely no body damage on the truck at this time When the truck arrived to my place of work the ball joint had been ripped all the way out and the tire was pushed against the fender The fender flare, inner splash shield and fender all need replacement along with minor scrapes on the door where the fender contacted it When I asked for Dons help to resolve the situation he told me I was out of luck He came across very rude and unprofessional I just think he should be responsible for the damage his inexperienced driver caused

Horrible company, Office Staff is deplorable and if you ask for a reason for the costs, you will be screamed at ! I have filed a complaint with every Maine Agency and the ***....Now off to Small Claims Court to file the paperwork
