As previously stated we had our own videographer and photographer for my wedding which was a two person teamThere is no mistaking who they? were because my husband knows them personally and has worked with them in the pastThe gentleman in question? was not a part of that team, which consisted of two [redacted] men, the person? in question was? [redacted] We have footage of the person walking around the wedding? and several guests can place him at the front desk with the receptionistI am surprised that [redacted] is stating that they are not aware of who the gentleman was because he is definitely a staff member of Elite Palace.? To deny that he is a staff member is plain and simply a bold faced lieI realize that they are denying this incident? because they do not want to reimburse us? but I am going to continue to pursue this matter because as I previously stated it was not just any day, it was my wedding day that was tarnishedTo insinuate that we would hire someone to charge for photos at our own wedding is? extremely insultingThe mere fact that I am still dealing with his issue is appallingIt is evident that they? have shady business practices and should be investigated further.? The person in question? had to have access to a printer in order to even sell these photos and none of that equipment was set up inside the reception hallMaybe [redacted] and Elite Palace needs to review their cameras from the day in question in order to clear this matter? up fasterI could have never surmised that I would be in this position and I can not tell you how disappointed I am that they are dragging this outWe are currently reviewing our wedding video and will be providing footage to prove that this was done by employee of? Elite Palace.? Whether [redacted] was aware or not they are responsible for what happened ? ? ? ID# [redacted] Dear Sir / Madam? Replying to Louis Dunton's last messages,? Ones again Elite Palace is not responsible some one took pictures at Louise Dunton wedding.? Elite Palace in this business over years, and we do over party's a year, till now no customers complain about taking pic, this is 100% fouls claim.My staff and? maitre d busy serving customers, we don't have time to check who is coming and who is taking pic,? As customer stated, there photographer is African men, if she notice a white man walking around the ball room and taking pictures there guest, so why don't they inform us immediately earthen contact us after week ? later , so we would have take action that time.? And Louis mention the photographer place at front desk, that is completely wrong, if some one comes to front desk and asked something, she will talk to the person that's nothing wrong with that.Again Elite Palace is not responsible for that,? Thank you ? ?

My Name is *** *** *** (General Manager) of Elite PalaceWe had a wedding ceremony at Elite Palace on June ***, 2017.Everything went great, without any problems, and even at the end the couple came me and said how good everything wasBut after a few days we got a phone call saying
that they faced some problemsThey said that someone took photos and sold it to their guests, and they did not like it First of all we request to the bride and groom to forward there vendor’s information and liability insurance, but we never received from the clientsSo we didn’t know who is goanna be the venderAnd more than guests were there so we couldn’t control who came in and took photosWe saw someone taking photos but we didn’t know if it’s their photographer or someone elseThis is privet events Elite palace never takes photos and sells it to the guests, I think they should talk to their photographer or Dj’s may be they organizedIf you need any more information please feel to call meThank you

This company need to be ashamed of how they are lying. My husband and I contacted Elite Palace of Sunday about the gentlemen taking pictures at our wedding and charging $to our guest. Our wedding was on FridayMy husband also have a recorded conversation that we can send in of *** blaming the picture taking on the last manager that was there. his excact words were and I quote, Igor who was the last manager let them do this kind of active so he thought it would be okayWe also have video of the same gentlemen behind the front desk, not just infront of it having a conversation with the clerk. we also have video of him in the kitchen and him going back in frouth in one of the room bringing out his framesI am ready to go all the way with this one. I have video as well as audio.My husband nor I ever seen this gentlemen taking pictures because he kept well out of our site. But we have at least guest that can place him going back and fourth in a room at the elite palace and bring out the frames and also his printed pictures. as I stated before I also have video. Thank you
