My name is *** of Good to Go Roofing & Renovations,*** ***The roof located at *** was not done wrong***, told *** that the cut was on
the wrong side and it may leak in the futureThis was mentioned two months after the roof had been completed*** had called me and I went out to look and told him I would change the cut to satisfy the homewoner, not because it was done wrongIt was not a big job to change the cutThere are hundreds of roofs done with cuts on either side, if it is done right underneath it will not leakWe went to the homeowners and removed our stagging because the message that was left on my phone had said to come and get our stagging or it will be put on the side of the road and burntRoof is done for about two years now and has not leaked or any other troublesThe roof does not have to be replacedI just built a new home and the roof is done the same was as ***I can show a lot of roofs done by our company and other Roofing companies showing cuts on either side of new and older homesThe only way the roof will leak at *** is if *** goes up and damages the roof

1.Contractor definitely admitted roof done wrong when FIRST approached and said he would repair it.Next time out,he did say 'I will do it the way YOU want it'***
2.*** did advise us roof was wrong.He arrived home months after roof was done*** It is a low pitched L-shaped roofSmall roof should have been done first and big roof done last to prevent main flow of water and ice from backing up under shinglesCan be proven clearly on videos shown by contractors
3.Staging set up approximately months right through winterWe said we would put it out on the side of the roadDId NOT say we would burn it(metal staging)We could easily have kept stagingThey finally came after months

5.One shingle torn off by contractor's worker to make sure they get right shingles to repair roof but they never came back until we left the message
6.The morning the worker came for staging he said he came by earlier that week to do the repairWe said well why didn't you do it, roof has been done for years now..he shrugged his shoulders

There is no refund as the roof is not done wrongThe roof has not leaked or there are no shingles missing from the homeThere is still warranty on the roofThe homeowners did call and say to pick up the staging or they would throw it on the side of the road or burn itThe staging would burn as the decks are made of aluminum and wood***
