I came to [redacted]' practice last summer after I purchased a "seize the deal" for a teeth whitening setup. Upon going to his business, I felt like it would be a nice place to have mine and my families teeth cleaned and checked. Before signing up I asked [redacted] (the receptionist) if they were a preferred provider for my insurance. She said that they were and I decided to set up appointments for myself and my kids. Now after several conversations with [redacted] and many requests for Dr. [redacted] to call me, (which he has not returned a single call to me!)he has a new receptionist who is threatening to send me to collections because he is not a preferred provider and now I have an outstanding bill. I feel that I was tricked into bringing my business to his establishment.I was also informed by [redacted] and another employee that they were told to tell customers that they are preferred providers to get new clients to come to their office. I am outraged by this behavior! Lying to customers to get their business is absolutely unacceptable. To this day, [redacted] has still not called me back. Only his new receptionist, and to threaten me with collections! She doesn't even know the details of what happened! Yet she is sent to do his dirty work!
