To help you understand this I have attached ALL documents I have regarding [redacted]. I will go thru them so you understand why I have done nothing unreasonable. Unfortunately, many taxpayers with serious unified, unpaid taxes have other underlying problems that create not filing as the law requires.
I first encountered him on July 15 2012 (not 2011 as he indicated in the Revdex.com note to me). He then wrote me July 16 2012 a week after he walked in as he indicates in his email (attached #1). He attached a "Balance Sheet (attached #1A) which is just a listing of property he owns. And I would receive the documents very soon... I never did receive them nor can he link them to me. I wrote back 14 minutes later and said "I am here as you may need me" (attached #1). He wrote back in August 2, 2012 and said sorry about delay have been on summer vac.... (Attached #1) As noted he delayed and NEVER gave me anything!!!!
The next time I heard from him He walked in again on July 30 2014 over 2 YEARS— let me repeat 2014!!! 2 years since the last communication. Nothing no why aren't you finished, how's it going nothing except false accusations
I met with him, interviewed him and yes said I would need to raise my price after 2 years because of the difficulty of the taxes and the additionally years of work__ He never said a word about the 'records" of his. In my profession of whom I worked almost 40 years — a client's records are very important I NEVER would keep a client's records and NEVER had ever, it's not done. Plus when they do give me documents it's usually copies. Then as an afterthought 3 months later Nov 10 2014 (attached #1 page 2) - he wrote a horrible, insulting, threating letter to me. After I read it, prayed over it and called my wife I wrote him back less than 1 hour. And, restated after 2 years things change and I have every right to change a fee I quoted 2 plus years ago — it is almost ridiculous to think that. WITHOUT NOTICE. How about that! After 2 years, I can't raise my price but he can without notice. How is the hater here?
In the end, there is nothing linking me to any records of his even remotely. As with his business, I can after 2 years raise my prices especially if we never came to an agreement or received files to begin the work. If I had received documents why had he never asked about — is it done? Unfortunately, taxpayers that usurp the government for numerous years have extensive problems more so than the tax issues. It's a cheap shot at a profession with high ethic and morals.
He went further and wrote a Yelp review disparaging me (attachment 4). As such - I have retained an attorney (attachment 3) to request he remove the Yelp review or face a lawsuit. If you read the Yelp reviews and others wrote of me (attachment 4) you'll see I am one of the highest rated CPAs and most respected by his (my) clients. I would never withhold records from a client and as circumstances change in any engagement I reserve the right to increase my fee accordingly especially after 2 years — I am a professional but I am a businessman as well. But, I can't let people try to hurt. If I make a mistake — I'll man up and take responsibility — but here I have done nothing wrong and address ever concern of his immediately — it is he who is at fault and my lawyer will vindicate me
Please help me as I am an A+ rated Revdex.com businessman — I should not be damaged by unsubstantiated claims and unreasonable expectations.
