He also called [redacted] and was told it was done and being mailed.He new this when he came back demanding Title & Reg and money back of $30.00.His deal is done,paid,and received.I will not refund $30.00, this was his charge for registration,tags and title.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

It's really sad. When one goes to a car dealer to purchase a car, it is suppose to be fun and exciting. The statement that was written by the dealer is untrue. Down to the price we paid for the Vehicle (truck). Yes we knew that the truck's tiers needed to be replaced. It was not until we took the truck to another repair shop for tiers, that we found out about all the other issues. I feel that once we paid for the truck and drove it off the lot, it was no longer a concern of the dealer's. I have never gone to the Revdex.com to issue a complaint about a business before. My intent of doing so, is to let other people know about our experience with that dealership. We have since, had the repairs done to the truck. And as it has turned out, has become the little truck we knew it would be.

On June 2,2014 [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a used 2002 Mazda B2300 from Tims auto sales.

Original asking price was $3,995.1 sold the vehicle to [redacted] for $2,900 plus tax & liscense that  we both agreed upon. [redacted] was fully aware that the vehicle needed 4 tires,oil...

change,and front rotors needed to be turned or replaced.New rotors at [redacted] cost $30.00 eachplus new brakes are $30.00 a pair. I discounted price of vehicle $1,100 more than enough to compensate  the repairs. [redacted] returned to the lot a few days later and said the gas guage was not working. I told him I wasn't sure if it worked.! told  him to bring it back Thursday which this was Monday and I would look at the problem for free and offer the repairs at my cost.He agreed but didn't  show for appointment.A few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I assumed the gas guage worked. [redacted] new upon purchase the vehicle was sold As Is Where Is and signed buyers guide.In the meantime I was called out of state due to a death in the family which my wife was then running the business.[redacted] and [redacted] came to the lot on June 30,2014  and he approached my wife sceaming and swearing at her. He was so loud at her.  my salesman and detailman came over and told [redacted] to leave the lot. My wife felt threatened by [redacted] and was in fear of him.She should have called the [redacted].I wish I was there to protect her from  him. That isn't much of a man to treat  a women like that.l feel [redacted] has buyers remorse.! have been in business for 15yrs and have never had anyone approach and treat  myself,my  employees, and especially my wife in this way.I feel that  these claims are descrimination of character and slander to myself and our business.Before a sale of a vehicle they are taken on the lift and gone over head to toe.l do not sell junk nor eve have ..
